How RETAILIUM collects and uses information through its mobile applications on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when RETAILIUM LTD (“RETAILIUM”, “we”, “us”) collects user data through mobile applications published on Google Play and the Apple App Store. It applies to all users of those apps, regardless of the country they live in or whether they use Android or iOS.

Information collection and use

Device identifiers. The contact-related information we collect from app users is a device identifier (such as a device ID or advertising ID). We use it to send relevant promotional information. We do not collect other kinds of sensitive user information through the apps. Information collected this way is used by RETAILIUM for its own purposes and is not sold.

Location information. RETAILIUM apps do not collect location-related information. If we later plan to collect location information, users will be notified and this policy will be updated first.

Cookies. RETAILIUM apps do not use cookies.

Log data. We do not collect log data directly from app users.

Information sharing

We do not share information collected through our apps with other businesses or third parties for personal or commercial use, except the advertising identifier (ad ID) where ads are shown in an app.

Our policy towards children

Our apps are not directed to persons under 13. Where we rely on Google or Apple platform services as a means of serving the app, those platforms’ age rules apply. Any service we offer through the apps is intended for users above the age of 13.

Security

We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. Access is limited to authorised people who need that information to operate, develop, or improve an application. No security system can prevent every potential breach.

Opt-out rights

If you are not comfortable using our applications under this policy, you may opt out at any time by uninstalling the application from your device.

You can also reset or limit advertising identifiers in Android settings (Google → Ads) or iOS settings (Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).
